Week 1: Day 2

Last night I gave the program a run and well maybe it gave me a run. Anyway, I got through the entire routine except the pull ups... those are hell for me. I can do maybe 2 or 3 and then rest. Wasn't able to do more than 10 total.

But I will keep working on it. I bought the Bodylastic GYM yesterday, I hope it gets here next week in time to continue the program.

Interval training is the menu for today. And I hope I can start boosting my metabolism, my gut is screaming for it.

Something I want to share with you guys is about the nutritional supplements I'm taking. I had never taken vitamins before, and a good friend of mine suggested I try a product from a company called USANA. He gave me all sorts of information that shows this product to be the best in the market. I've tried them and I can only say that my health has improved dramatically. With the begnining of this program, I can feel a difference in the way my body is reacting to the excercise and the recovery after an intense workout. Check it out if you are interested www.usana.com. Email me if you want more info.

I'll update tomorrow.
